CP Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm with over 8 million square feet owned and managed in Atlanta, in partnership with Cohen & Steers, today announced that Atlanta hospitality group Hopkins and Company will bring their newest restaurant concept, Linton’s Bar and Grill, and adjoining bakery The Buttery, to Buckhead Center on Peachtree Road. Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead Village district, the new dining destination will add a welcomed new amenity to the 170,000-square-foot, two-building property, as the next phase of its redevelopment.

The approximately 7,000-square-foot restaurant and bakery will feature a large patio overlooking Peachtree Road, as well as semi-private and private dining options, creating flexible spaces for everything from morning coffee to full-service dining and private events. Linton’s will also bring back The Buttery, Hopkins and Company’s beloved bakery concept. The bakery will serve the restaurant and support a small café for to-go and dine-in service, with its own dedicated entrance, designed to serve Buckhead Center’s office tenants, nearby residents, and visitors throughout the day. Selections will include freshly baked bread in-house, signature croissants, sandwiches, coffee, and a dessert program.

“We truly want to be a neighborhood restaurant. The place you go to and sit on the patio with friends over ice-cold martinis, crisp calamari and tuna tartare. The place you take your kids after school for a lemonade and cookie, while you grab a chicken pot pie from The Buttery. The place for annual birthday dinners with steaks and salads and our sprinkle birthday cake. Or a quick lunch of sandwiches and salads between meetings upstairs,” Chef Hopkins said.

The announcement marks a return to Peachtree Road for one of the city’s most celebrated culinary teams. Chef Linton Hopkins’ first restaurant, Restaurant Eugene, opened there in 2004 and helped establish him as one of Atlanta’s leading chefs. Hopkins and Company then went on to launch the original location of Holeman & Finch, which gained national attention for its celebrated late-night cheeseburger, in Buckhead as well as a collection of other concepts across Atlanta. Hopkins received the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2012.

For CP Group, the addition of Linton’s builds on a broader effort to enhance Buckhead Center as an amenity-rich destination for tenants and the surrounding community. The announcement follows the completed revitalization of the property’s south tower lobby, while improvements to the property’s motor court and exterior arrival experience are underway and expected to be completed by year-end.

Linton’s Bar & Grill and The Buttery are slated to open in late spring of 2027. Gene Rice, Chris Carter, and Bridget Goodman of Vantage Realty Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
