The acquisition marks TSS’s expansion into Alabama and further strengthens its growing family of brands across the United States and Canada.

Spanky’s is an established provider of portable toilet rentals, restroom trailers, waste servicing, and related transportation services serving the Tuscaloosa market. TSS also expanded its presence in the Pacific Northwest through Clinkscales Portable Toilets, a portable sanitation provider serving the Greater Portland metropolitan area and Northern Willamette Valley in Oregon, and Jiffy John, a portable sanitation operator in British Columbia.

Together, these acquisitions strengthen TSS’s regional operations and expand its ability to serve customers across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and event markets throughout North America.
