AI-powered workforce technology company opens its Founding Cohort and announces New York launch events ahead of Attaynly’s first paid MVP

We manage programs, participants, credentials, reporting requirements, partnerships & outcomes—all while staying focused on the people we serve. Attaynly comes from that lived operational experience.”

— Isaiah Grigg, CEO

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Isaiah Grigg, Founder and CEO of Luemyn, Inc., today announced the launch of Luemyn and its flagship product, Attaynly, an AI-powered workforce technology platform co-created with Dr. Purna Prasad. The company is opening its Founding Cohort to early customers as Attaynly approaches the release of its prototype on Sept. 25, 2026, followed by its first paid MVP in Q4 2026.

Attaynly is being built for workforce organizations, schools and colleges, training providers, employers and individuals navigating pathways to employment and career advancement.

At its foundation is an AI/ML-driven intelligence engine designed to analyze three sides of the workforce ecosystem simultaneously: what an individual can do, what an employer needs, and what education or training can help close the gap.

The platform is being developed to create a connected journey from skills assessment and gap analysis through personalized training, credential attainment, employer matching, employment and measurable outcomes—bringing together functions that are often managed across separate systems and workflows.

For Grigg, the idea comes directly from experience operating within the sector.

“I know the complexity of this work firsthand,” said Grigg, who also leads MyndBridge, an education and workforce development organization. “Attaynly comes from that lived operational experience. We’re not looking at workforce development from the outside and telling organizations how to do their jobs. We’re building technology to better support the work they’re already doing.”

The broader vision for Luemyn is to build technology specifically around the realities of workforce development and career readiness—giving organizations better infrastructure while helping individuals move more efficiently from skills and education to employment and advancement.

Healthcare Expertise with Dr. Purna Prasad

Dr. Purna Prasad, Luemyn’s Chief Healthcare Officer and Co-Creator of Attaynly, is working alongside Grigg to shape the platform and co-create its dedicated Healthcare Vertical.

Prasad brings more than three decades of leadership experience across healthcare technology, clinical engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics and higher education, including leadership experience with Northwell Health and Stanford University Medical Center. His combination of employer-side, technology and academic experience is helping shape how Attaynly connects workforce demand with skills, credentials and education.

“The workforce problem is fundamentally an alignment problem,” Prasad said. “An employer knows the capabilities it needs. A candidate brings an existing set of skills, education and experience. Universities and training organizations have curricula that can potentially close the gap. Attaynly gives us an opportunity to bring those three together.”

Attaynly’s Healthcare Vertical will initially focus on connecting workforce readiness, skills, credentials, education, employer requirements and measurable outcomes across healthcare talent pipelines.

Attract Group Joins as Technology Partner

Luemyn is developing Attaynly in partnership with Attract Group, which serves as the platform’s technology partner across product development, project management, engineering and technical execution.

Attract Group brings more than 15 years of software development experience, including work on scalable technology platforms and systems designed to manage sensitive information and evolving technical requirements.

The partnership combines Luemyn’s workforce and product vision with Attract Group’s software development and engineering capabilities as Attaynly progresses from prototype toward its first commercial release.

“At Attract Group, we’re proud to be the technology partner behind Attaynly. Together with Luemyn, we’re building one platform where participants, case managers, training providers and employers can work together, with each party seeing only the information relevant to their role. Protecting sensitive data, maintaining a reliable audit trail for years to come, and building on a foundation that can evolve with security best practices—that is the engineering challenge we’re proud to take on with Luemyn.” — Ivan Mashey, Co-Founder & CTO, Attract Group

Luemyn is also supported by a multidisciplinary group of advisors bringing experience across healthcare, workforce development, technology and cybersecurity, finance, fundraising, education and organizational strategy.

Founding Cohort Opens Ahead of Paid MVP

Luemyn is now accepting organizations into the Attaynly Founding Cohort, giving early customers an opportunity to engage with the platform before its commercial release.

Participating organizations will receive early demonstrations, evaluate Attaynly against real-world workflows, provide feedback during development and have the opportunity to become among the platform’s first purchasing customers.

“We want our first customers involved before the product reaches the market,” Grigg said. “The Founding Cohort allows us to build with real organizations, real employers, real learners and real workflows in mind.”

Organizations interested in participating can request information or schedule an introductory demonstration at www.luemyn.com.

New York Marks the First Stop for Attaynly

Luemyn will begin introducing Attaynly to the market this fall through a series of First Look experiences, industry conversations and workforce innovation gatherings, beginning in New York.

Coinciding with EdTech Week 2026, the first stop will bring together a select group of leaders across workforce development, education, healthcare, technology and employment for an early look at Attaynly, conversations about the future of workforce technology and an opportunity to engage directly with the team building the platform.

The New York introduction will mark the beginning of a broader series of engagements Luemyn plans to roll out as Attaynly moves from prototype toward its first commercial release.

“This is the beginning of a much larger conversation,” Grigg said. “We want to take Attaynly directly to the people doing this work—listen, demonstrate what we’re building and create a community around where workforce technology needs to go next. New York is our first stop.”
Additional cities, industry conversations and First Look experiences will be announced in the months ahead.
